- Go hard at trainings and games

- Bonding outside of games, be a team off the field

- Positive/Understanding comms on field can be emotional and we need to understand not personal
- Respectful towards everyone (Umpires, Coaches, Opposition, Players)
- Open friendly conversations and communication instead of letting issues grow internally.
- Open to feedback.
- Playing in the moment, not letting positives and negatives affect your game.
